I Have a Question About my Balance

How do I check my balance?

Log on to your JackRabbit parent portal account. Your current balance can be viewed on the main dashboard.

To pay by credit card, simply click the “Pay Now” button and follow the instructions.

Checks may also be dropped off in the boxes in the studio waiting rooms or mailed. Please write the student’s name on all checks.

What are these charges on my account?

Charges to your account usually fall into the categories of monthly tuition, registration fees, revue fees, costume deposits, and costume remainders. For more information on these charges, please view our studio policies.

Keep in mind that the first AND last month’s tuition installments (September and June) are due at registration.

Go to “Billing and Payments” and then scroll down to “Recent Activity”. There you can see your charges and credits.

Note: If you have questions about your balance, try opening Jack Rabbit on a PC or laptop instead of a phone. It is easier to read the history of charges and payments this way.

Click on each line to view the description of the charge or payment. You can here see more information on the charge including which class and student the charge was for.

If you need to go further back, select “Full Transaction History.”
